Head of International Sales (m/f/d)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute international expansion strategies: do everything that is needed to enter and successfully penetrate new European markets, and beyond. 
  • Outperform on own sales targets. Negotiate and close major deals, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
  • Build, lead, motivate, and manage the international expansion teams (currently Italy, France and UK/Ireland): ensure high performance and professional growth within the team, oversee daily operations, make sure we set up and run processes and workflows.
  • Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Promote teamwork and collaboration within the Growth team and across departments (Operations and Tech).
