Berlin’s SIBB Incubator Opens Applications for Cybersecurity and AI Startups
Got a startup idea? The SIBB Incubator is now accepting applications for early-stage startups focused on cybersecurity, trustworthy AI, and deep tech. The 10-month program, based in Berlin, offers up to €100,000 in funding per team, with €2,500 per founder each month. Unlike traditional incubators, there’s no equity stake—just a commitment to innovation and resilience in the digital future.
The incubator is designed for teams of two to four founders, especially those tackling challenges in smart infrastructure, green digital, digital health, or smart manufacturing. With only eight startups selected per cohort, competition is fierce, but the program’s emphasis on diversity and inclusion sets it apart. More than half of previous participants were female founders, and over two-thirds came from international backgrounds, reflecting Berlin’s status as a global tech hub.
What makes the SIBB Incubator unique is its blend of funding, mentorship, and access to Berlin’s tight-knit tech and business networks. Founders receive hands-on entrepreneurship workshops, individual coaching, and mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs. The goal? To help startups scale responsibly and safely, ensuring their solutions are not just innovative, but also market-ready. Applications close on May 4, 2026.
For Berlin tech startups aiming to make an impact, this is a rare opportunity. The program’s focus on cyber resilience and AI aligns with the city’s growing reputation as a leader in ethical tech development. It’s not just about building a business—it’s about shaping the digital future.
