Qorelo Secures Funding to Accelerate SAP Migration for European Enterprises
Berlin-based startup Qorelo has secured €3 million in Seed funding, just five months after its inception. The round, co-led by HPI Ventures and Caesar Ventures, also saw participation from 10x Founders, Antler, Adesso Ventures, and Angel Invest. The company is addressing a critical gap in modernising enterprise ERP systems, a task that is both complex and costly.
Nicholas Torabi, co-founder of Qorelo, highlighted the urgency: “Large enterprises are facing an unprecedented race against time to modernise their digital backbones before the 2027 deadline, but the industry simply lacks the human delivery capacity to make it happen.” Qorelo’s AI-driven platform automates repetitive functional workstreams, reducing project timelines by 45% and transforming one-time ERP migrations into continuous optimisation.
The challenge is amplified by SAP’s mandate for corporate users to migrate to S/4HANA by 2027. With 35,000 customers undertaking this transition—and each migration spanning 18 to 36 months—demand for skilled talent is surging. The global SAP application services market for S/4HANA was valued at €37.8 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach €60.2 billion by 2030.
Qorelo’s platform serves consultancies and enterprises, enabling faster contract delivery and reduced reliance on external expertise. A leading German automotive enterprise is already using Qorelo for its transformation, demonstrating early traction in the DACH region.
Jens Schmidt-Sceery of HPI Ventures noted, “Qorelo is the AI companion that carries enterprises and their consultants through fragmented discovery and scoping, turning it into structured, traceable progress.” The funding will fuel growth, product development, and the expansion of Qorelo’s team to meet the rising demand.
